Graphic Design and Printing

Purpose

Relatives for Justice require the designing and printing of a book of short stories and poems.

Review

The booklet is required for August 2017.

Tender requirements

To tender please provide:

• A cover letter detailing your rate inclusive of VAT for the design and printing of:
• 1000 A5 2-sided Leaflets
• A 24 page square matte finish booklet
• A 20 page A4 matte finish booklet
• A 30 page A5 matte finish booklet

Evaluation of proposals:

The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal applying the following award criteria, not necessarily in this order:

• Quality of materials
• Cost and value for money.
