Start360 is seeking a suitably qualified organisation/individual to undertake an evaluation of the AD:EPT2 project over the next three years.

We provide a range of services and interventions in the areas of health, justice and employability. AD:EPT2 is a four year service funded by the Big Lottery Fund. It is a regional project which runs across the prison estate which includes HMP Maghaberry, HMP Magilligan, Hydebank Wood Young Offenders Centre and Women’s Prison. It has already been operating for a year.
Overall Aim of the Evaluation
The aim of the evaluation is to undertake an independent assessment of and prepare a report on the effectiveness of the AD:EPT2 project.
There are 3 main aims:
To assess the implementation of the service in terms of how it has been operationalised and whether it is meeting its service targets
To assess the effectiveness of the service in terms of achieving target outcomes for clients and their families
To make recommendations for the future development of the project
Outputs should include:
An interim report focusing on the implementation of the service to date due 1 December 2015
A draft report focusing on the overall service implementation and effectiveness due 1 December 2017 and a final report by 28th February 2018
