Evaluation of AD:EPT2 Project (Request for tender)

AD:EPT2 is a four year service funded by the Big Lottery Fund. It is a regional project which runs across the prison estate which includes HMP Maghaberry, HMP Magilligan, Hydebank Wood Young Offenders Centre and Women’s Prison.    It has already been operating for a year.

Overall Aim of the Evaluation

The aim of the evaluation is to undertake an independent assessment of and prepare a report on the effectiveness of the AD:EPT2 project.

There are 3 main aims:

• To assess the implementation of the service in terms of how it has been operationalised and whether it is meeting its service targets

• To assess the effectiveness of the service in terms of achieving target outcomes for clients and their families

• To make recommendations for the future development of the project

  Outputs should include:

• An interim report focusing on the implementation of the service to date due 1 December 2015

• A draft report focusing on the overall service implementation and effectiveness due 1 December 2017 and a final report by 28th February 2018
