local small charity looking for an Assistant Secretary to join our team & assist with minute taking & general admin

We are a small local charity 100% run by volunteers so we are looking for someone to help assist the Secretary/Chair in General Runnings (Munite taking at meetings or transcribing, general admin duties such as typing up notes or correspondence, helping to plan & organise committee meetings), and to help with the AGM & Annual Reports Submission to Charity Commission. All work can all be done from home, however we would like you to attend our Committee Meetings as much as possible which are usually once every 6weeks for one hour in an evening.

 Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience as a Secretary in the voluntary sector or someone who has Secreterial/Admin Experience
