Loughview Training Services Ltd are offering free apprenticeship Levels 2 and 3 training in Retailing, Business administration/Clerical, Customer service and Management to existing employees aged 18-24 and working 21 hours or more per week with ££ bonus.
The Apprenticeship NI programme is funded by Department for Economies and European Social Fund.
As an apprentice you will be a new or existing employee. All training will be carried out in your own work premises by our experienced outreach tutors. If you havent achieved a grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent we can work with you to achieve this in Essential Skills.
Employers....
On achievement of a level 2 framework you will receive an employer bonus from £500. If the apprentice progresses and achieves a level 3 framework you will receive another employer bonus from £500. You can aso advertise for an apprentice for vacancies you may have. (The current minimum apprentice wage is £3.50 per hour).
To be eligible applicants must be;
- aged 18 - 24
- permanently contracted to work at least 21 hours per week, or have an offer of employment that meets these terms
- Not be in full time/higher education or received similar qualification
- Be a resident in UK over 3 years
