Activities Volunteers (Belfast, Larne, Lisburn)

About Simon Communtiy NI

Simon Community NI is Northern Ireland’s leading homeless charity. We work without judgement to support people who are experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing, homelessness. We annnually support over 3,000 people across our 22 sites.

Our vision is a world without homelessness. We exist to help those in need, and we can continue our work thanks to the generosity of people who support our belief that homelessness should not exist in Northern Ireland.

Volunteering with Simon Community NI

At Simon Community NI, we are passionate about inspiring individuals to join our team and support us in seeing homelessness ended. We recognise the significant and integral role our volunteers have in enabling us to ahcieve our vision and mission.

We believe that volunteers in their diversity of age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and race contribute a unique perspective to our work through their own expertise and experience. In return, we offer volunteers an invaluable and rewarding experience that is sure to remain with them a lifetime.

At Simon Communtiy NI, we take our responsibilities towards our volunteers seriously and provide ongoing support, further training opportunities and recognition for their dedication and commitment.
