Flexible working in non-profit organisations

Very little research currently exists on the topic of flexible working in non-profit organisations. This is your chance to participate in research to enhance knowledge for the sector.

Are you interested in better understanding flexible working practices in your organisation and across Northern Ireland? Would you like to contribute to new research into flexible working in non-profit organisations in Northern Ireland? If so, please click on this link below to participate in a short survey: http://kwiksurveys.com?s=LOONHF_d976d25

This survey is part of dissertation research working towards an MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Ulster, however there are a number of benefits for participating organisations. There is a wealth of professional research available which considers flexible working in private and public service organisations, but there is very little which specifically considers non-profit organisations. This survey aims to provide results which can be compared with existing professional research by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Key benefits include:

  • Providing a source of comparative data across non-profits in Northern Ireland.
  • Providing data specific to your organisation which could be used to demonstrate positive practices, for purposes of recruitment, grant funding, employee relations etc.
  • Identifying areas requiring further research or review in your organisation.
  • Providing an easy and anonymous forum for your employees to consider and contribute to flexible working research.

If you have any queries regarding this survey, please do not hesitate to contact Victoria Reeves at [email protected].
