Annual Digest of Community Relations (CR) Research for 2016-2017
RF Associates is producing an annual Digest of Community Relations (CR) Research for 2016-2017 on behalf of the Northern Ireland Community Relations Council (NICRC). We are seeking CR focused research to feature in this Digest.
The Northern Ireland Community Relations Council (NICRC) has commissioned RF Associates to produce the annual Digest of Community Relations (CR) Research for 2016-2017. We are currently gathering details on research and wanting to make contact with academics, government departments, intermediary bodies, funders, and current researchers who have undertaken research which has a community relations focus, that would be appropriate to detail in the digest. This could include (but is not limited to) the following themes:
- Interfaces (urban) and development of shared spaces (area planning and design)
- Rural interfaces and contested spaces
- Shared spaces
- Faith based work
- Cultural celebrations & commemorations (e.g. flags, parades, bonfires & emblems)
- Policing & Community Safety
- Addressing the legacy of the past
- Identity based work
- Sectarianism
- Other areas of community relations work
