Applications are available by sending a stamped address envelope to the Administrator, Glen Parent Youth Group, Glen Community Complex, 41c Suffolk Road, Belfast BT11 9PE.  Completed applications will be accepted by hand or post up onto 4.00 pm on Monday May 19th.  No applications received after this time will be considered.

Management of all After Schools and Youth Programmes delivered by Glen Parent Youth Group

Management and Supervision of all After Schools and Youth Staff and Volunteers.

Design and delivery of Programmes and Activities for children and young people in the greater Lenadoon Area.

Work in partnership with local Youth Providers, Community Groups and Statutory Bodies to design and deliver specific Projects that meet the needs of young people.

To access funding and prepare funding applications for the delivery of programmes and activities for young people and children in the Greater Lenadoon Area.  

Engage and supervise young people individually or in Groups while undertaking Projects, Programmes and Activities.

Actively recruit and encourage young peoples participation in activities and programmes organised by Glen Parent Youth Group.  

To facilitate and participate in Youth Outreach Work in the Neighbourhood.

To organise staff, team and Project Meetings on a regular basis.

To ensure that staff and volunteers are adhering to the policies and procedures of Glen Parent Youth Group.

To evaluate the impact of all Youth Work delivered by the Group and to produce regular written reports for the Management of the Group on the progress of after schools, outreach and youth projects.
