We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Volunteer Fundraising Manager to manage volunteers within the local community to maximise financial contribution for, and raise awareness of fundraising, for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is the leading UK charity fighting muscle-wasting conditions. We are dedicated to beating muscular dystrophy and related neuromuscular conditions by finding treatments and cures and to improving the lives of everyone affected by them.

In addition to funding world-class research to find effective treatments and cures, we provide practical information and advice for individuals and their families. We campaign to raise awareness and bring about change, award grants towards the cost of specialist equipment, such as powered wheelchairs and provide specialist education and development for health professionals.

The Volunteer Fundraising Manager for Northern Ireland will need a flexible approach to their working hours as the role will require evening and weekend work. As a guiding principal the 15 hours will be spread over 3 working days per week.
