Volunteer Coordinator
Based in Belfast but supporting Northern Ireland Services.
Some travel may be required
Salary circa £20,500
35 hours per week

The Role
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support to our organisation’s services in Northern Ireland. Depaul is a values-led organisation working with a number of services throughout Dublin and NI. This role will report directly to the Project Group Manager and will work to provide efficient and high quality volunteer support to Depaul Services through effective coordination of the Volunteer Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team of talented individuals.
The Person
2 years’ experience of working with volunteers in a full time capacity essential (coordinating, supervising or managing)
Have the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels as well as outside agencies and to advocate on the behalf of the volunteers across all projects
Have an ability to implement and maintain quality standards for programme (ie Investing in Volunteers)
Experience of EVS programme co-ordination desirable
