This part time post will deliver TCV’s European Social Fund Training for Employment programme in the West of NI. This will include supporting unemployed client’s journey from initial engagement, through recruitment and ultimately into employment.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering training and assessment in Level 1 Horticulture. They will also be responsible for managing reviews, job-search, records, identifying and implementing client training needs across the local area. They will also assist in creating relationships with employers and sourcing vacancies that match the goals of clients, to achieve sustainable job outcome targets.
This position is funded by European Social fund through Department for the Economy. Employment is initially until the end of March 2018 and may be extended subject to funding.
The post is 17.5 hours per week and salary is pro rata
