TIDES Training and Consultancy is seeking a progressive individual for the following vacancy to be part of a committed team delivering a range of programmes.
Trainer /Mediator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term February 2012 - August 2013
The Trainer/ Mediator will assist in delivering the TIDES Training Programmes and help develop the necessary components within projects to build and sustain Good Relations. They will work as part of a team to support, design and deliver accredited and non-accredited training programmes and mediative processes. Candidates will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and must be able to demonstrate evidence of their experience in the following;
- Community Relations, Community Capacity Building and Mediation training
- Direct delivery of accredited training programmes
- Design, delivery and evaluation of Mediation processes and Capacity Building Programmes
A full driving licence and access to own transport are required. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week across an agreed schedule that is likely to include evenings and weekends. Flexibility is therefore essential.
