What we would like to commission

Organisational Development

Work toward the further development of governance, management and services in order to improve quality, safeguard workers involved in complex work and ensure users and members receive appropriate levels of support.

Implement an organisational action plans on quality and good governance according to outcomes of organisational assessments and needs identified.

Project support

Providing assistance and advice to the board and staff on project management and delivery to ensure successful project completion.

Time period for support

September 2016 – end of March 2017

What we expect

We expect the successful proposal to demonstrate experience of the following:

• Experience of working with Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Community organisations in a management capacity.
• Experience of implementation of the Code of Good Governance
• Experience of assessing organisational capacity, and action planning using Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations – PQASSO
• Experience of assessing organisational capacity, action planning for improved governance and services using Quality Assurance System for Refugee Organisations - QASRO
