Based at: Gnangara HWC, Sligo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 7GZ

Hours: 32 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in food preparation.
• Knowledge of COSHH, HACCP, Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements for the elderly and an understanding of elderly needs.
• QCF Level II in Food Preparation and Cooking or equivalent qualification e.g. City and Guilds 705, 706/1
