To manage the day-to-day operation of Fold’s TeleCare service delivery including, call advisor and installation services in accordance with service standards set by the Telecare Services Association (TSA), corporate customers and the Fold Board.

Based at: Fold House, 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

 

Reference: OPM.TC.01

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

Essential criteria:

 

  • A management qualification (MBA/PRINCE2 or similar) plus two years experience in a customer service line management role.
    OR; Five years experience in a customer service line management role.
  • One years line management experience of a call centre based or similar customer response service.
  • One years line management experience of a field-based or similar customer service team.
  • Experience of managing a team and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment.
