Support Worker
15,250 - £15,548 FTE

Relief Support Workers
£7.50 per hour
(Flexible hours)
You will
* Support people to live the lives they want in their own homes
* Work in a team to deliver support on a 24 hour shift schedule
What we need you to have
* 6 months' experience providing care or support for someone
* A positive attitude about people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury and people on the autistic spectrum
* The ability to see possibilities, where others see problems
* Ability to travel independently**
* *Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post
