Shop Supervisor [Ref no NISS4G/17]

The purpose of this role is to supervise sales and profits at the shop, complete customer service, store operations and team leadership. The Shop Supervisor is responsible for achieving targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years demonstrable relevant shop management/supervisory experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a “hands-on approach”

• Proven track record of supervising and working effectively in a diverse team

• Previous supervisory experience and understanding of financial procedures including cash handling

• Excellent customer service skills
