Sessional facilitators and tutors

REACT (Reconciliation, Education And Community Training)

REACT is currently seeking to recruit reputable, experienced and qualified sessional facilitators and tutors to deliver a variety of different social support courses and programmes as part of the REACT Victims and Survivors Project.

REACT is seeking to recruit reputable, experienced and qualified sessional facilitators and tutors to deliver a variety of different social support courses and programmes.

Programme delivery will include:

  • Yoga classes for individuals with a history of trauma and associated ailments
  • Personal development programmes which address positive thinking, goal setting and affirmations, recognising stress and relaxation techniques
  • Craft classes
  • Walking stick making courses
  • Dance classes

Programme Requirements:

Deliver series of structured sessions/lessons as directed by REACT, support and encourage learners at all times, and manage administration in accordance with requirements pertaining to roles and responsibilities.

Provider Requirements /Eligibility:

Interested Providers must be able to provide evidence of the following:

  1. Possession of relevant qualification where applicable
  2. Demonstrable experience of facilitating or tutoring programmes and classes in area of expertise
  3. Professional Insurance
  4. Membership of a Professional Organisation or Regulatory Body were relevant
  5. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of facilitating and/or tutoring within a community setting

Please state clearly which programmes/classes you are applying to deliver and include any other supporting information which is relevant to your application and a detailed list of all programmes and/or classes you provide.  

Two copies of the tender proposal, CV, all relevant qualifications and current Professional Insurance must be submitted to REACT no later than 3pm on Monday 4th November 2013.

REACT  Victims and Survivors Project offers Health and Well Being, Social Support, and Befriending services to individuals directly affected by the ‘Troubles’, their families, and carers in the Armagh area.
