Colin Glen is an organisation with a dynamic range of environmental, leisure,recreational and youth provision. During the summer and throughout the year Colin Glen has an increase in delivery and require a qualified bank of youth work practioners.
The post holders will work alongside a team of senior management, youth work staff, outdoor pursuits, sports development staff and support staff to deliver a wide ranging programme of developmental work to support the young people attending Colin Glen. Staff could be asked to work in a variety of given tasks such as group work, good relations, residential work and activities based practice.
Staff will in turn be supported by the organisation in relation to training and development and would be supported through supervision by senior management. Currently the trust is looking for up to 6 suitable candidates that can work flexiably to meet the needs and demands of the organisation.
