Job Purpose
To be responsible for monitoring and enhancing an efficient administrative support structure for VQ Tutors, Learning Support Officers, Essential Skills Tutors and other staff in relation to the provision of training services for BFS.

Fixed Term – Maternity Cover (until May 2018)
20.5 hours per week
Mon – Thurs 9am - 1pm, Fri 9am – 1.30pm
£13,090 per annum

Essential Criteria
Level 2 Business Administration Qualification
GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
OCR Level 2 or equivalent ICT Qualification
2 years’ experience within an administration & training environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Experience of working as part of a team
Experience of training and employment programmes
Good interpersonal and communication skills
