For 2 Small Housing with Care, Residential Homes for Older People

in East Belfast 

37 hours per week

Salary: £16,612.90 - £18,897.23 per annum

+ Sleep in allowance of £63.75 per night - average 10 sleep ins per month

Giboney House in Mount Merrion Avenue and  De La Cour House, based in Woodcot Avenue provide 24/7 care. Both offer safe, homely environments for our residents. We’re looking for someone like you, who has the empathy, motivation and leadership skills to help make a positive difference to the lives of older people. 


A bit about the role


As Senior Carer, you’ll lead and support a team of dedicated staff in providing person-centered care and support services to our residents.  You’ll drive performance through supervision and mentoring of staff.  Delivering induction and coaching, you will be a strong role model, with residents’ needs, dignity and respect at the heart of the role.  You’ll work between Giboney House, and De La Cour House. 


With an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, you will have at least 2 years experience working in a care/support environment. Exceptional candidates with 5 years experience without than NVQ level 2 qualification should also apply.
