PTS are assisting Mid and East Antrim Agewell Partnership in recruiting a Senior Administrator to join their team.
SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Mid & East Antrim Agewell Partnership (MEAAP) based in Ballymena are seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join their busy, growing team.
As Senior Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the office environment, providing support to the Project Co-ordinator, assisting with the development and review of organisational policies and procedures and assisting with the human relations aspects of the organisation.
You will work closely with the Project Co-ordinator in ensuring excellence in the management of the charity. You will also provide core administrative support to our recently launched IMPACT Agewell team.
The successful candidate must meet the following essential criteria:5 GCSEs including Maths and English Language, passed at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (gained within the last 5 years).
Working experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
A working understanding of computerised accounting software and processes e.g. purchase ledger and business banking.
