Provide high quality care and support services to older residents in compliance with the Scheme Coordinators manual and supervise Scheme cleaners and relief staff as directed.

Hours: 36 Hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at a minimum of grade C or above OR 3 years experience of working in a sheltered or supported housing environment.
- Understanding and awareness of the needs of older people and service provision.
- Awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults a ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A minimum of one year's experience working with older people or other relevant client groups
