Provide high quality care and support services to older residents in compliance with the Scheme Co-ordinators manual and supervise Scheme cleaners and relief staff as directed.

Hours: 36 hours per week
Essential Criteria
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at a minimum of grade C OR 3 years' experience of working in a sheltered or supported housing environment
- Understanding and awareness of the needs of older people and service provision
- Awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A minimum of one year's experience working with older people or other relevant client groups
