Salary: £16,612.90 - £18,897.23 per annum pro rata

(Actual Salary: £13,469.92 - £15,322.08 for 30 hours per week)

A bit about the role

Brennen Court is an independent living scheme which comprises of 37 apartments. To flourish in the role, you’ll have at least one years experience of working with older people/ vulnerable adults and you’ll have a practical understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality and support plans.  You’ll be great at managing your own time, working on your own initiative, have strong communication skills and be able to positively influence people from all different backgrounds.

It’s important to us that you have the compassion and empathy to work with vulnerable people in a housing related setting and we do need you to also have excellent ICT skills too.

We’ll be impressed if you have knowledge of the social housing sector in Northern Ireland but don’t worry as long as you have the curiosity to find out, we’ll help you. We will need you to travel to meet the requirements of the post, without reliance on public transport.
