Relentless Youth Workers- CONNECT Project ( Up to 5 posts) Fixed term 4 years

The CONNECT Project is a new youth-led initiative delivered through a network of strong local partnerships in disadvantaged and polarised communities across NI and the border region.

The Key tasks will include:

•  Take the lead engaging with a range of groups and communities across various Council areas within Northern Ireland, linking with the 6 Borders regions of Ireland, which will also involve a recruitment strategy for project participants.

• Adopt our ‘Relentless Youth Work’ approach and establish transformational relationships with marginalised and vulnerable participants across a range of geographical locations; supporting them to engage in the 3 core components of the project.

• Liaise directly with NIYF Head of Operations & Office Manager ensuring the management of project budgets.

• Work as part of a larger team to manage, develop, support and deliver the AMPLIFY Project against project outcomes
