To assist in the development, and maintenance of the administration of Holy Trinity Centre

 

Principal Duties

 

 

  • To maintain effective communication channels within the organisation and outside organisations
  • To assist in the organisation of the Holy Trinity meetings.
  • To man reception, meet and greet
  • To take calls from clients, GP’s and any other statutory body’s and collate information.
  • To arrange appointments for clients
  • To maintain the filing system
  • To maintain data in the computer system using word-processing, databases and spreadsheets
  • To process documents relating to the procurement and purchase of goods and services
  • Order, and maintain stationery items
  • To create and maintain a professional relationship with clients and other members of staff
  • To carry out all duties with discretion and confidentiality
  • To attend monthly supervision arrangements with Senior Administrator, and prepare work report for same
  • General admin duties which include letters/post etc.
  • Any other duties requested by manager.
