TinyLife is the premature baby charity for NI. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist(s) with Admin Duties to join our busy and growing team team. We will consider either one full time (37 hours) or 2 part time (20 hours each) positions.
This is a busy and demanding role and the Receptionist will be responsible for providing reception/administration services including answering/directing incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors and providing administration support for the TinyLife teams and Finance Manager. The role requires an excellent telephone manner, customer care skills and IT skills.
