Depaul wishes to recruit to the following role:

Project Worker, Dungannon

Relief Workers (flexbile hours, £8.92 per hour)

35 hours per week

Based in our Castlehill Service, Dungannon

Salary £16,280 FTE, full-time hours, permanent contract


This role is an excellent opportunity to join the Castlehill team within Depaul NI.     


The role:

Castlehill is a supported temporary accommodation facility, enabling our service users to develop their independent living skills. Your role will be to support service users to move into permanent accommodation as soon as possible. 


What we expect you to have:

  • To provide support for service users who have become homeless
  • To ensure the practical needs of the service users are met
  • To ensure a safe and secure environment and to maintain high standards within the project
  • Keyworking a number of service users on a regular basis, advocating on their behalf
  • Liaise with external agencies
  • To work as part of a team

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • At least one year’s paid, or two year’s voluntary experience working in the homelessness filed or another related area
