Project Worker Adult Services - Get Real (Ref PW/GR/1)

Get Real is a project to help those with hate-crime offences, their victims and those at risk of committing such offences to acknowledge the hurt and damage caused and to move forward with greater tolerance. This will be achieved through: restorative justice interventions; community-based education programmes; and diversity training for criminal justice agencies across Ireland.

The two Project Workers will, with the support of the Senior Practitioner, be involved in preparing and delivering the project throughout Northern Ireland and the border counties of the Republic of Ireland.

Salary:             Grade 4  £23,398

Location:         Belfast with significant travel

Hours:             35 hours per week – some flexibility of hours/days of work will be required to include evening and weekend work.

Duration:        Initially until November 2020
