Project Supervisor

Fixed Term until October 2019

35 hours per week

(Mon – Thurs 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4pm)

£23,150

Job Purpose

 

To develop and sustain a productive working relationship with those clients selected to carry out environmental improvements in the Belfast North E-ILM Project.  To also liaise with Project Management Team and Project Partners to adopt a co-ordinated approach for the delivery of Belfast E-ILM Project.

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
  • Qualified to Level 3 Community / Youth Work
  • 2 years relevant experience engaging with unemployed adults
  • Experience of developing / managing employment related programmes
  • Experience of liaising with unemployed clients and stakeholder partners
  • Driving Licence and access to transport

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • Current working knowledge of subsidised employment programmes
  • Experience of recruitment practice with a wide range of people
