This is a  key operational role with both an internal and external focus.  Internally, responsible for the performance of the centre with a focus on ensuring a positive learner journey and outcomes; contract compliance; quality improvement; budgetary and financial control; the development of the effectiveness of centre and the effective management and development of staff.  Externally, responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders; building Rathbone’s profile within the local area.
