To be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive record-keeping system, manual and computerised, of information pertaining to clients participating on Training for Success and Apprenticeships NI programmes.

Programmes Administrator

 (S/PA/B/1700)

 

Fixed Term until September 2018

20 hours per week

Mon – Fri 9.30am – 1.30pm

£8,395 per annum

Belfast

 

  

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • Level 2 Business Administration

  • Holds GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent

  • Holds a Level 2 ICT qualification

  • 1 year experience within administration/training environment

  • Operation of Microsoft Excel

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • Operation of TMS system
