Inspire is the largest mental health, learning disability and wellbeing charity in Northern Ireland.  In response to the continued growth within the organisation, Inspire are seeking applicants for 2 new positions within the Performance and Development Team.  Sitting within the overall HR & OD function, these positions will align with specific divisions within the Inspire Group and cover the full breadth of departmental responsibilities including; Learning & Development, Induction, Professional Registrations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing.  The Performance & Development Business Partners will be based in Lombard House, Belfast.

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £25,911 - £31,926 per annum

The P&D Business Partner assigned to Inspire Mental Health Services, will partner to the Mental Health teams in Northern Ireland (and, as they develop, in Ireland), and take organisational responsibility for our QCF and FETAC Programmes.

The P&D Business Partner assigned to Inspire Disability Services, will partner to the Disability teams in Northern Ireland and Ireland, and take organisational responsibility for our Apprenticeship Programmes.
