Pastoral Ministry Leader

City Church Belfast are seeking to appoint a PASTORAL MINISTRY LEADER who is gifted pastorally, passionate about pastoral care and able work alongside the leadership team to develop a strategy for effective pastoral care across the whole church.

This is a part time (14 hrs a week) position. The purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate the pastoral ministry of the church. This will involve developing a culture of mutual care, support, love and encouragement as well as oversight of how pastoral care happens within the church context. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months with a possibility of extension after that period.
