Night Support Worker

The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member:

Night Support Workers (Part-Time)                                        REF: 17/139/NSW/WEB

The Cedar Foundation is currently in its 75th year of operation and it is an extremely exciting time for us with the development of two new services that are due to open in the very near future. The Support Worker is part of the team whose function is to meet the practical, physical and emotional needs of individuals in receipt of services within the Cedar Foundation Supported Living Schemes

Hours:                 20 hours per week including weekends

Contract:             Permanent

Location:             Meadowvale Court, Lisburn, BT27 5QE

Hourly Rate:         £7.65 per hour

Essential:                           

• ·         Numeracy & literacy (English language) skills
• ·         Demonstrable evidence of 6 months experience of providing physical care/support for individuals.
• ·         Available to work shifts as required.
• ·         Job references.

Desirable:                          

• ·         NVQ level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent
• ·         English & Maths to GCSE grade C or equivalent.
