Have you always wanted to work with nature?
Ulster Wildlife is looking for passionate people of all ages for our Nature Skills Programme.
You’ll gain a wide range of skills to prepare you for a career in nature conservation both on land and in the marine environment. 6 one-year paid traineeships are available starting in November 2015 and no qualifications are necessary.
We are looking for people that have:
- Shown a strong commitment to preserving our local natural heritage
- Good communication and computer skills
- Can work outside in all seasons and is keen to learn a range of natural heritage skills
- The ability to inspire others and encourage them to become involved
What we can offer you:
- Comprehensive training programme including a range of skills
- Support from a dedicated mentor
- Industry recognised accreditation when you complete
- A training bursary of £10,200 for the 52 week programme
