Ministry Team Lead - Community

This role will oversee and coordinate activity to encourage and enable the growth of Christian community across the chaplaincy’s mission area.

This is an integral role within our existing core communities, namely the student residential centre and Church of the Resurrection, and will seek to develop and grow new communities of fellowship and discipleship in line with our broader vision for chaplaincy across Belfast. We are looking for someone who has a heart and call for such a ministry, who will value and enhance the culture of the chaplaincy, who will be an integral member of the team, who is honest, servant-hearted, hard-working, and who can demonstrate an aptitude and capacity for the work required.
