MENTORING COACH
Foyle Down Syndrome Trust is seeking to appoint a Mentoring Coach to join our Healthy Hearts and Minds Project Team.
If you are passionate and enthusiastic and can commit to improving the health and well being of young people with Down Syndrome aged 8-25 years old, then you may be exactly who we are looking for.
The Mentoring Coach will be required to involve the young people, their support networks and communities in the planning, coordinating and delivery of a range of activities that will improve their confidence, health and well being. S/he will also work with volunteers to encourage and support project participants to enjoy new inclusive social and recreational opportunities in their community.
This post is Fixed Term for 4 years, based in Derry~Londonderry. Salary £22,537 plus pension, 30 hours per week.
