Apprenticeship Opportunity - Maintenance Administrator

Based in Head Office

Expected Duration 12 – 18 months

37 hours per week

£7.30 per hour

To be eligible for an apprenticeship programme you must be aged 16 – 24 years of age 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within a well-established business.   As Maintenance Administrator you will assist our Planned Maintenance team by providing a high quality administrative service.  You will complete a 12 month intermediate apprenticeship leading to a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent, at Grade C or above to include English & Maths and a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, demonstrated by way of examples on your application form.   Previous customer service experience and previous administration experience, particularly in a property/housing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
