LEMIS+ Project: Wellbeing for Work Coach

The role holder will manage a caseload of clients, using proven and established systems to identify their barriers that prevent progression to work.

This element of the LEMIS+ Project is managed centrally by the Lead Partner (Ashton Community Trust) and while the staff employed will be employees of ACT they will carry out the duties, detailed below, from the premises of one of the Partners.

To provide coaching sessions to adults who are experiencing economic inactivity/worklessness due to barriers such as poor health creating an environment to explore needs, motivations and thought processes.
