Learning & Development Officer

Essential Criteria:

• 2 A  Levels or equivalent (see attached guidance)

• Accredited Train the Trainer, or PTLLS (Prepared to Train in Lifelong Learning Sector), or Level 3 Award/Certificate in Education and Learning or equivalent
• D32/33, or A1 or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of delivering regular face to face training and staff development activities

Desirable Criteria:

• D34 or V1 or Level 4 Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Coaching
• Previous experience of developing training programmes from basic outlines/objectives
• Experience of assessing vocational qualifications
• Manual handling accredited technician or trainer

• Minimum  2 years’ experience in delivering or managing or training in social or health care
