Learning Development Officer

We wish to invite applications for the following post:

Learning & Development Officer

NJC Pay Points 34-46 pro rata

21 hours per week

• To provide a Learning and Developing Programme throughout Northern Ireland

• To co-ordinate the development, design, delivery and evaluation of CiNI’s

Learning and Development Programme

• To work with relevant statutory independent and voluntary sector organisations to

develop and support training issues and policies

The suitable candidate must meet the following essential criteria:

• Hold a NISCC recognised Professional Social Work qualification

• Have 5 years post qualification experience

• Have 5 years experience of education and training and/or management
