We wish to recruit a Support Worker for our supported living service The Meadows, located in the centre of Banbridge.
£8.35 per hour
We provide daily care and support to 6 individuals who live in their own bungalows within the complex and provide 24-hour care - including sleepovers.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver a range of practical and personal support to the 6 individuals who use our services.
You will need the ability to work flexible hours when required as well as being able to travel to fulfil the objectives of the job. You will also need to be discreet and be able to maintain confidentiality. You will have to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations.
You will work in partnership with the people who use our services, encouraging choice, participation and motivation, whilst adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.
