In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for supporting administration for the new “UK Hear to Inform and Connect” project which is running in London and South East England, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

This is a three-year project aiming to support older people to better manage their hearing loss through face-to-face information services delivered by volunteers in a range of community settings.

You will work closely with the Information Outreach team in Northern Ireland providing efficient administrative support, and enabling them to carry out all activities associated with their Information Outreach Service. Effective administration provides a vital foundation to the team and to successful delivery of this exciting project, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised and proactive, has excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Previous office experience is preferable, along with experience using Microsoft Office software. Strong literacy and numeracy skills and accurate attention to detail is also essential.
