Action on Hearing Loss is working for a world where hearing loss doesn’t limit or label people, where tinnitus is silenced and where people value and look after their hearing.
You will deliver our high quality information service, responding to information enquiries from people with hearing loss, deafness or tinnitus, and professionals, by telephone, email and face-to-face. You will have excellent customer care and communication skills and an ability to learn quickly and balance a busy and varied workload. You will have experience of working with volunteers
