We are pleased to offer the following permanent full time position:

HR Systems Administrator (Head Office, Bangor)

Your role will be to deliver professional and strategically focused Human Resource information by maintaining and developing the Human Resource systems to meet the operational needs of the organisation. This is a good opportunity for an individual who wishes to grow their experience and develop broader skills within a professional HR environment.

Essential Criteria

• 1 years experience of using a computerised HR database system and an understanding of how the system operates.
• Experience of building reports to extract relevant data from the system and presenting data to show business insights e.g. absence patterns, retention rates.
• Experience of data interpretation and analysis.
• Ability to travel independently. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post

Desirable Criteria

• Systems Administrator experience for an HR system including managing upgrades to the system and system development.
• A Level or equivalent qualification which includes a module in statistical analysis or equivalent.
