We are currently recruiting a highly motivated HR Manager for maternity cover with an expected start date of Monday 4th September 2017

Main Responsibilities:

The post holder will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible for the delivery of the organisation’s aims and objectives through the provision of an effective HR service.  They will ensure the organisation has an appropriately skilled workforce supported by relevant policies and procedures which are complaint with legislation and in line with best practice. They will also be responsible for the day to day management of operations, administration services and ICT systems.

The Person:

The ideal candidate must meet all of the essential criteria as listed on the personnel specification including:

 

Educated to degree level or hold a relevant professional qualification at an equivalent level relating to HR Management, Learning and Development or Business.

 

Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

 

Minimum of 2 years’ HR Manager/Business Partner experience at senior or middle management level gained during the last 5 years, to include working experience of:

  • recruitment
  • employee relations
  • performance management
  • discipline and grievance
  • attendance management
  • redundancy
  • direct line management of a staff team

  • Salary £30k
