 We are pleased to offer the following permanent full time position:

HR Business Partner (Head Office, Bangor)

The HR Business Partner will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters. In particular, the HR Business Partner will add value to the achievement of the Corporate Plan by supporting, coaching and challenging line managers to take responsibility for specific people management activities.

Essential Criteria

•Degree level qualification (or working towards).
•Associate Member of CIPD
•An up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice within Northern Ireland
•Minimum of three years’ experience at HR Officer level to include working autonomously with limited direction
•High level of skills using MS Office packages
•Ability to travel independently. Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post

Desirable Criteria

•Chartered Member MCIPD
•Experience of using HR databases specifically ITrent
