To contribute to the professional delivery of Human Resources services in line with the Association’s business plan.
Essential Criteria:
A third level qualification in HR or Business related discipline.
Or; At least 5 years' (gained in the last 10 years') generalist HR experience
At least 3 years' (gained in the last 6 years') generalist HR experience
* Employee relations and case management to include participation in discipline and grievance and investigation process.
* Administering sickness and absence protocols.
* Performance management.
* Working with trade union representatives in an employee relations environment.Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation.
Current driving licence and provision of a vehicle / ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role
